Lake Fork was originally stocked with 732,514 Florida Black Bass from 1979-1987. It is now considered one of the premium bass fishing lakes in the world!
Along with largemouth bass and white bass fish, this lake is home to white and black crappie, channel catfish, sunfish, and blue gill.
The lake has 315 miles of shoreline at a depth of 70 feet. With 80% of its natural standing timber still intact, Lake Fork is a fisherman’s paradise!
Lake Fork is a peaceful getaway located in Hopkins, Rains, and Wood counties, just five miles northwest of Quitman in East Texas, and 80 miles East of Dallas!
