Monthly Payment Option – Tenant Guidelines
You may choose to pay for your RV lot on a monthly basis.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for monthly payments, automatic payments (autopay) must be set up for your lease
Payment Selection (Required Before Move-In)
At move-in, you must choose one of the following options:
- Pay the full annual lease amount, or
- Enroll in the monthly payment plan and make your first monthly payment
Payment Plan Terms
- Your selected payment option will remain in effect for the entire 12-month lease term
- Changes to your payment plan can only be made at the time of lease renewal
Monthly Payment Amounts
- Monthly rates are based on your annual lease total
- Please refer to the rate chart to find your corresponding monthly payment amount
Additional Fees
The following are not included in your monthly lease payment and are due with your first payment:
- SRA pier fees
- Pump-out fees
- Permanent resident fees
- Any other applicable charges
